Job Description : Production Manager for a Perfume and Cosmetic Company UAE Degree: A relevant degree plus PMP or other relevant certification will give an extra advantage. Experience: Relevant Experience in UAE or outside UAE under the same designation Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Handling all products of Al -Siraj Perfume and Cosmetics Company 2. Developing Project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; and conferring with management. 3. Determine project specifications by studying product designs, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies; and preparing cost estimates. 4. Determine Project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; and sequencing project elements. 5. Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; and resolving problems. 6. Control project plan by reviewing designs, specifications, and schedule changes; recommending actions. 7. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; and recommending actions. 8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. 9. Maintain project database; entering and backing up data. 10. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal regulations. 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
