Job Description : Global Manufacturing Head Location: Bangladesh Job Description: As the Global Manufacturing Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations across our 11 manufacturing facilities located in 4 Countries. This is a leadership position that requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence. Qualifications: Graduation from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is mandatory. Experience should be maximum 18 Years. 10-15 years of experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, overseeing multiple facilities globally. Proven track record of implementing successful manufacturing strategies and driving operational excellence. Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
