Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR VIETNAM FOR AGRICULTURE ( OPEN TO EXPATS) A rapidly expanding animal nutrition company is looking for Commercial Director in Ho Chi Minh City to take a newly created role. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside. Contributes to the definition of the commercial strategy Ensures that the commercial strategy is geared towards and realises the execution of the country strategy Defines, within the framework of the country strategy, the commercial strategy and go-to-market plans in order to boost sales, expand market share and profitability Drives business development initiatives, in line with the country strategy, actively pursuing business opportunities and using the knowledge base, innovative power and added value of the company’s network Controls the relevant Opex budget(s), takes corrective actions when necessary, and ensures adequate reporting within the corporate guidelines, in order to ensure full insight in the status and development of the entire business unit's (financial) performance Actively manage the credit situation of customers Alignment with (local) Finance director and department Organises, leads and develops the relevant team and staff in line with corporate guidelines and values, in order to attract and retain all talent and resources needed to meet current and future business challenges, to contribute to the optimisation of the company’s business results and to maintain and grow the company's talent base Alignment with (local) HR director and departments To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Realisation of business targets: Volumes, Sales profit, Sales Opex, Sales EBITA and Working Capital Customer acquisition, RTM, develop strategy to expand in aqua market in Vietnam Key account management, develop sales processes and CRM, sales development with key accounts Distributor network development New business development Talent development and succession planning Compliance with corporate, country and local regulatory requirements
