Job Description : SENIOR FP & A MANAGER MALAYSIA An established multinational company operating in the trading and distribution industry is recruiting for a Senior Manager, FP&A and Controlling job. About the Senior Manager, FP&A and Controlling Role: The Senior Manager, FP&A and Controlling is tasked with analysing and reporting on the financial standing of the organisation, concurrently taking the lead in steering the financial planning exercise. Spearheading the reporting of actual financials, forecasts, and guiding the budgeting process across the entire group of companies Compiling both statutory and management reports to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's financial standing Pioneering the development of new management reporting metrics and dynamic dashboards, enhancing organisational insight and decision-making capabilities Driving a business partnering culture across the company in particularly the operations and sales team To succeed in the Senior Manager, FP&A and Controlling role, it is essential that you have the ability to have a breadth of finance experience and has the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in the accounting and finance field Brings at least 12 years' progressive working experience, which includes five years in a leadership position Technically competent in analysis methods, visualisation tools and technology Good understanding of business finance This company has a strong culture resonating throughout the company.
