Job Description : SENIOR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR DUBAI 18+ years experience leading Multinational company is looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Operations to lead the operational initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the operations team, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication across departments. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization. Supply Chain and Logistics Management: Lead the optimization of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold product/service quality. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track and improve financial performance. Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations, preferably in FMCG Industry. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance.
