Develop and execute the company's business strategy in alignment with global objectives, focusing on textile services and rental solutions Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in textile rental services. Implement best practices to enhance service delivery Drive revenue growth, manage budgets effectively, and ensure profitability. Implement financial strategies to achieve business goals Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to increase our footprint in the textile services industry in Vietnam Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their textile service needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with the company's values Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment Drive innovation in textile rental services, exploring new technologies and solutions to enhance our offerings To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills.
