General Manager

Job Description : GM F & B PORTUGAL Open to candidates worldwide an International Group, in the Food & Beverage sector, that is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager, to oversee their operations and drive growth. This person will lead a team, ensure excellent service, develop innovative menus, and maintain high standards. - Managing all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent excellence and adherence to financial parameters, while maintaining renowned standards and aligning with the General Manager. - Maintain exceptional levels of internal and external service across all group establishments. - Drive innovation through the development of inspiring menus, efficient procurement strategies, and continuous improvements. - Anticipate and respond to diverse customer preferences, maintaining a proactive stance towards feedback and customer satisfaction. - Recruit, mentor, and inspire food and beverage management teams, creating an environment that attracts industry-leading talent. - Establish and enforce comprehensive goals, KPIs, timelines, policies, and protocols. - Cultivate a culture that values open communication, accountability, motivation, and teamwork. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all group locations. - Generate and review comprehensive reports detailing sales performance and operational productivity within the food and beverage division. For this position, we are looking for proven experience in managing units in the hospitality or restaurant industry, proficiency in MS Office tools, restaurant systems, and POS Versatile in dealing with various environments and different types of people and locations, Excellent communication skills, Stay updated with market trends, proven success and experience in managing people and financial objectives (sales), priority on providing the best possible customer service Education in financial services management, hotel management, etc. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Other languages such as Spanish and Italian are a plus, Knowledge in wines with certifications like WSET Level 2 or 3 is desirable.
