Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO RIYADH KSA As the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the companies financial strategy and will provide visionary leadership to the finance department, oversee financial planning and analysis, manage the capital structure, and drive operational excellence. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, driving the development and execution of financial plans that support the company's growth objectives. Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize the capital structure, enhance profitability, and support long-term sustainability. Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity, to ensure optimal cost of capital and efficient allocation of resources. Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization, including compliance with local and international regulations. Lead and oversee all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful integration. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to develop talent and ensure the department's effectiveness. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency, driving cost control measures across the organization. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced finance degree is preferred. 20+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in complex, multinational organizations. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and business practices is essential. Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
