Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI As the Finance Manager for the Middle East and Africa region, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a solid background in accounting and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Middle East and Africa region. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of financial goals. Month-end Activities: Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to the team in executing day-to-day financial operations. Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective control measures. ACCA, ACA, or CMA qualification is required. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles. Experience working in a global company with exposure to the Middle East and Africa region is highly desirable. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and local regulations.
