Technical Manager

Job Description : TECHNICAL MANAGER VIETNAM Responsible to handing the technical team in various situations to solving tech issues in whole manufacturing process. Provide technical support for production/development and lab and to other related department. Following up all production /development samples of elastics and make sure there will not be an issue. Introducing new method/machinery/ products and process to develop and increase the existing productivity. Looking for continue improvements in each areas such as New developing products and also in bulk production stage. Responsible for daily production efficiency /wastage and keep it over limits and controlling from technical side. All new Development setting card/finishing cards and other related documents to be double checked and signed off. Provide technical support and solutions for each and every production machines in daily basis. Responsible to check and find solution for Daily test result failures. Handling and update all new trials related to the new RM or chemicals for finishing and other. 1. At least 10 to 15 years of independent work experience in Narrow Fabric (Textile Industry). 2. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 3. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 4.Strong written and oral communication skills, especially in English languages.
