Human Resources Director

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR CANADA one of the most innovative dairy FMCG groups across North America are looking for a Transformational HR Director to drive a new division and product portfolio across Canada & US. Reporting to the CEO this will be a strategic, visionary, hands on office based role working with the board rolling out their new products and category launches. Driving the new X3 manufacturing facilities across Canada and US, driving sales, logistics and distribution. The start up is already at $203M backed with a cash rich family investor. This HR leader needs to scale up and add size and structure to the business. This is a building role planning for 2025 which should be scaled to a $350M business. The profile: Profiles from FMCG, Food Production is key. A profile who has been operating within a multinational corporate and have that structure and organisational maturity coupled with working for a family or start up PE business, where that expertise and entrepreneurial flair support the stakeholders and board. . Must have the key competencies and industry expertise above. This will not be shortsighted. Salary CAD 200-220K + 20% Bonus + LTIP.
