Job Description : VP HR DUBAI a major family conglomerate operating across the GCC within Fashion & F&B are looking for a VP HR reporting to the CEO. A transformational change leader with strong ethics who is not afraid to cause disruption is needed. A track record in the region or with a major retail group with Fashion, Hospitality across Europe. A track record of longevity, purpose and identity where you have designed, delivered and executed transformational projects. if you have been in a role 1-2 years and move, this is not for you! This is not for the faint hearted or fluffy HR Management who cant take assertive decisions. Salary AED 85,000 -AED 90,000 + 25% Bonus ++
