Job Description : HRRP BRAZIL Open to bi lingual candidate sworldwide A very exciting HR Business Partner position has just become available at an IT company focused on specialised consulting in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. You would be responsible for the recruitment nd selection processes, organizing the new employee's work structure, keep the remuneration and registration information of employees up to date. Responsible for the closure of the payroll, benefits, vacations and preparation of policies, performance management and salaries. To carry out the process of recruiting candidates, receiving open vacancies from the HR manager, describing the function, disseminating and capturing resumes, in order to attract the candidates most adherent to the vacancy profile, whenever necessary. Executing the selection process, contacting the screened candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting them remotely, preparing a behavioural profile and presenting it to the HR manager and to the management of the requesting area, aiming to close the vacancies, whenever necessary. To finalize the recruitment and selection process, giving feedback to the successful candidate, presenting a format of fixed and variable compensation and benefits, and advising on the admission documents, aiming to start the hiring process, whenever necessary. Assisting employees, advising on benefits, payments, doubts about rules and routines of the company, in order to contribute to the solution of their questions, on a daily basis. To keep the compensation and registration information of all the company's employees updated within the HR/Payroll system in a thorough way, to ensure a complete registration, whenever necessary. Closing the payroll of CLT workers (fixed payroll and complementary payroll), informing events on the platform, receiving documentation, checking the bases of calculations and taxes, authorizing payment, aiming at the discharge of the working day, fortnightly. For this HR Business Partner position you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related. Further Human Resources qualifications. Advanced or fluent English. Minimum 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience with Recruitment and Selection, Payroll & Benefits and Strategic HR Business Partner activities. Experience in a medium-sized, IT, Technology or Digital company. Detail-oriented, creative, hands-on, proactive profile, with strong communication skills. Good interpersonal relationships.
