Group Accounts Manager

Job Description : GROUP ACCOUNTS MANAGER ZAMBIA 10+ years experience Must be CA Age : 30-40 years. Job Profile : Supervise and lead team of Accountants and Assistant Managers of group companies, Monitor day to day accounting, Preparation of MIS and its analysis , Finalization of accounts of various group companies and group compilation, Costing, Coordination with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of Audit, Receivables and payable management , Stock Management, Preparation of SOPs and ensure its effective implementation, Bank reconciliation, Receivables and Payables management , Cash management, Supporting Operational team to formulate Business Plans and Budgets, Monitoring of Cash flow and Fund flows,Ensure compliance of all statutory laws etc. Key Skills required : Should have through knowledge of accounting principles and practices, Good Commend over Tally ERP,MS office. Experience in ERP will be preferred. Work experience in Africa will be an added advantage. Salary: Tax free savings potential Plus other Expat benefits.
