Job Description : Senior Facility Manager Education: Bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Salary: up to 10,500 USD net per month Location: Based in Ethiopia Middle East Experience: minimum 3 years Overall experience: above 12 years in Facilities Management Industry Languages: English Specific Job Requirements: - Exposure to remote operations - Experience Managing sub-contractors in Total Facilities Management Contracts - Experience dealing with labor on daily wage - Familiar with CAFM system operation - Hands on approach and can do attitude - Strong Communication skills with multiple stakeholders - Experience managing independently large property - Could work with minimum supervision Additional Advantages: - Driving License - Knowledge of Asset Management - Exposure to Landscaping (Farms) - HSE know how - Prior Experience in Africa / Ethiopia - FMP, PMP, IOSH certifications
