Job Description : GM ALUMINIUM OMAN This role involves setting and achieving business goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the organization's long-term success. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: -Develop and implement the organization's strategic plans and objectives. -Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats. -Formulate and execute strategies to achieve business goals and financial targets. -Provide strong leadership and vision to the management team and employees. -Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. -Set clear expectations and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for department heads. -Create and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. -Monitor the financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. -Make informed financial decisions to optimize resources and drive business growth. -Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Operations Management: -Oversee day-to-day operations and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. -Streamline workflows and implement operational improvements. -Address operational challenges and ensure timely resolution. -Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities. Customer and Stakeholder Relations: -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. -Address customer concerns and feedback to improve products or services. -Represent the organization in negotiations, partnerships, and collaborations. Sales and Business Development: -Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. -Identify new business opportunities and markets. -Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and client base. -Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Risk Management and Compliance: -Identify and manage business risks and compliance issues. -Ensure that the organization operates within legal and regulatory frameworks. -Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Reporting and Communication: -Prepare and present regular reports to the board of directors or senior leadership. -Communicate organizational goals, performance metrics, and updates to employees. -Keep stakeholders informed about key developments and initiatives. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. -Proven experience in a senior management role, such as Director or General Manager. -Minimum 10+ years experience. -Gulf experience 8+ years -Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. -Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. -Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. -Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets. -Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment. -Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ethical and principled conduct in business practices.
