Job Description : Head of Production NIGERIA (Plastic Packaging Manufactured) Job Description Qualification: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience Prefer CIPET Minimum 15 years experience in same position preferably those who have experience in plastics packaging. Good knowledge in injection moulding, plastic thermoforming and printing Familiar with ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001 : 2015 Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company’s vision and mission Good integrity, honest, trustworthy, good communication skill, detail and proactive Having good analythical thinking, logic thinking Job Description: Plan, coordinate, strategize, and oversee all production activities to drive production efficiency while maintaining profitability Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Develop and implement production planning to achieve on time delivery and optimize inventory control Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance, production costs, and the workforce Supervise and train production team/workers and review their work performance to maintain a stable workforce Performs other related duties as assigned or required
