General Manager Operations

Job Description : GM OPERATIONS -B.E / B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 12+ years experience in Construction & Contracting Projects. -Gulf experience must. Required Skill Set -Ability to lead a group of qualified teams -Should have strong managing skills -Ensure continuity of the operations keeping the vision of the company -Implementing policies and procedures set-out by Board of Directors -Monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring its progressing as scheduled -Ability to incorporate cost concern mechanism -Effective problem solving skills -Matured enough to take active decision at operational fronts in line with companies standards -Ability to mentor contracts, procurement and operations department -Ensuring to align team along with the common vision of the firm -Exceptional leadership skills -Excellent communication skills (written & Oral) -Highly presentable & Dynamic -Interpersonal skills -Team player -Valid GCC driving license will be an added advantage -Age limit: 40years Required Industry Experience Contracting - High rise residential / commercial building , Warehouses, Villas
