Project Head

Job Description : PROJECT HEAD KENYA 1. Must have climbed the ladder in project management starting from Site engineer position 2. Atleast 12 Yrs of experience in managing the sites independently of size above 5 Million Us dollars. 3. Expert in Contract Management and Project management 4. Must have experience in Mass housing / Multi story low cost housing projects. 5. East Africa experience with command on Swahili language will be added advantage. 6. Must be well versed with QA / QC / EHS norms and procedures. 7. Must be hands on experience on Resource Planning of site. 8. Must be well capable of handling Client / Site meetings / Liaising with Architects, QS , Structural engineers , consultants. 9. Should be well versed with contract documentation and communication 10. Hands on experience of ERP / Planning software will be added advantage. 11. Must have proven track record of leadership quality on atleast couple of sites. 12. Must handle and guide team of below site personnelQS + Planner + Construction Engineer / Supervisor , MEP coordinator , QA QC EHS in-charge , Labor Sub contractor 1. Civil engineering from reputed university. 2. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification will be added advantage. 3. Expert in Contract Management and Project management 4. Low cost / affordable housing projects execution experience in East Africa will be added advantage 5. Preferred Age group of 35 to 40 yrs 6. Should be Self-driven , Analytical , Energetic , Proactive , Time bound task committed person. Salary Bracket : At par with Industry norms , Car with fuel for official usage, medical benefit , Passage to Home country once in 2 Yrs ( For expats ) , Housing allowance ( For expats) .
