Job Description : SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER HANOI VIETNAM This is an Indian company looking for Indians only on a 3 years contract and on bachelor status Leave every 12 months, salary USD 42K PA This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer located in Halol. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee the production process, including optimizing injection mounting production flow, managing resources, conducting quality control, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of production. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and providing technical support to production teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Plastics Engineering or Diploma mechanical field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in production controlling, Mainly exposure of PP, RPP is mandatory. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role with excellent organizational and communication skills Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and Audits requirements, Process improvement methodologies Demonstrable skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to provide technical support to production teams Adept experience with ERP systems Ability to work independently and start new mould validation, process velidation and Machine Validation skill.
