Financial Controller

Job Description : Finance Controller (Qualified CA/CFA),Dubai Industry: Paints Experience: Experience in West Africa countries and Dubai is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize performance. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis. Monitor and report financial KPIs to senior management. Requirements: CA or CFA Masters qualification. Proven experience in Finance Controller roles. Expertise in the paints industry is highly desirable. Experience working in West Africa countries and Dubai is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
