Job Description : HEAD OF CORPORATE STARTEGY SEA OUT OF VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) a dynamic and innovative firm at the forefront of revolutionising the real estate industry through cutting-edge technology solutions. As a leader in the proptech sector, our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join their team as a SEA Head of Corporate Strategy. Assist in the creation of comprehensive strategies for short, medium, and long-term business goals Focus on both organic growth and inorganic expansion strategies Enhance operational efficiency to ensure increased cost-effectiveness Organise and prepare the data room for fund-raising activities Develop impactful pitch decks for presentations to potential investors Manage communications with investors and other key stakeholders Maintain effective communication with the top management team and employees on behalf of the CEO office Ensure transparency and alignment with organisational goals Foster a collaborative and informed work environment To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about strategy and fund-raising. Minimum of 12 years of experience in management or strategic consulting Previous roles in top-tier consulting firms Detailed account of participation in consulting projects, showcasing specific roles and responsibilities One to three years of experience in a smaller setup Prior experience in mid-sized companies or growing start-ups is preferred This leading multinational firm has an outstanding international reputation in Proptech and strong presence in Vietnam.
