Job Description : FLEET MANAGER PHILIPPINES An exciting Fleet Manager job opportunity has become available at an FMCG company based in Philippines. This is a fleet management role, wherein you will be needed to help with the company's fleet management and restructuring In this role you will be working with diverse group of individuals. Given your fleet management experience, the team will be needing assistance in taking the fleet management to the next level. Manage and monitor the entire fleet Track financial expenses Coordinate and communicate with Area Sales Managers nationwide as the main point of contact Implement newly created policy Strategise and optimise fleet performance Ensure fleet availability Plan the procurement assignment, and reassignment of vehicles Manage and coordinate with third party vendors Develop, organise, and maintain fleet data, records, and budget To be successful in this Fleet Manager role you must have the ability to effectively communicate, lead, and manage fleet, and respond to changing needs of the business; personally, identifies and champions new ideas for improvement and growth. Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields Communication and coordination skills Minimum of 15years of experience as a Fleet Manager in the FMCG industry Exhibits strong decision making and negotiation skills Business acumen Extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and vendor relations Ability to travel as required
