Commercial Finance Head

Job Description : HEAD OF COMMERCIAL FINANCE MALAYSIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis for commercial activities Lead the company rolling forecast, annual operating plan and mid-term plan Own financial models to forecast revenue and expenses Take charge of strategic commercial planning and financial analysis Own P&L by customer and channel profitability analysis, provide insights and recommendation to senior management team on key commercial decisions Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain through the S&OP process Manage revenue growth Manage rebate, including monthly rebate approval meeting, rebate accrual and actualisation Strengthen policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with group policies and internal controls Collaborate with sales teams and cross functional partners to verify trade spend claims Develop analytics tools to monitor trade rebate performance Develop and implement best practices for trade spend, trading term, display, retailer promotion to optimise budget and maximise ROI To succeed in the Head of Commercial Finance job, you must have financial planning and analysis experience in FMCG company previously. Candidates from manufacturing/trading sector are preferred Experience in commercial finance Minimum of 10years' managerial experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
