Job Description : Export Sales Manager Location- Remote Experience- International Sales Experiences is must 10 Years Industry- FMCG only CTC- 60 LPA Job Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales & profitability targets in • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure long-term business partnerships. • Identify new business opportunities in international markets and develop plans to capitalize on them. • Develop and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales in targeted markets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets. • Work closely with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers. • Work on new product development along with territory head • Ensure compliance with export regulations and manage documentation related to sales transactions. • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management. Qualifications Expected • Master’s degree in international business, Marketing, or a related field. • 10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food industry. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel • Knowledge of export regulations and procedures. • Proficient in BI tools/Excel. • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus. • Bonus Skills: Lead Generation/Email Marketing/Social Selling Tools
