Project Head

Job Description : Head of Projects Sector: Construction & Development Location: London Based + National Travel Open to candidates worldwide Salary: £100,000 incl Car Allowance + Benefits The group have grown significantly over the last three years and continue to provide excellent spaces for their residents / users. As part of their on-going expansion, we are now looking for a strong Head of Projects to join them. The primary scheme is on large scale and will involve the redevelopment of an existing building with historical importance. In addition to this the Head of Projects will also look closely at old stock and be involved in determining the future use of it and investment into it. The Head of Projects will join them before work commences and have a voice in how the project is managed from day one. This 360 role will need leadership across multiple disciplines and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Ideally the incoming Head of Projects will have experience across a number of contract types and understand JV models. Very importantly, the successful candidate will have exceptional technical knowledge across fire safety, cladding, critical safety works and M&E packages.
