Job Description : Director of F&B Innovation & Development - BAHRAIN BASED The F&B Director must have proven Innovative initiatives. He will be responsible for executing and managing the F&B strategy against all existing assets. He should be experienced in franchising, Casual, Fast Food and investment in new Food chains/ establishments. He will also be responsible for commercial negotiation with brands and procurement of merchandise through close coordination with both Group’s Finance and Procurement departments. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., Economics, Real Estate, from an accredited university – MBA is desirable. International Professional expertise in F&B operations & management required. Minimum 10+ years' experience and proven track record in leading and delivering multi-asset, developments with partners, with 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in the Middle East. Excellent communication skills, with high standard of English (oral and written). Compensation $ 110,000 plus full expat family status
