Financial Controller

Job Description : FC UAE A leading hospitalty group is currently hiring a Financial Controller to join their Abu Dhabi office. About the Financial Controller role: Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for financials for an ultra-luxury hotel resort. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Complete end-of-month financial closing and reporting on time Analyze and produce the P&L report as per corporate guidelines Identify and manage financial risks and implement internal controls Verify accuracy of various reports, including Daily Revenue Report and Monthly P&L Manage demand for reservations and maximize revenue opportunities Control operating, payroll, and overhead expenses Oversee internal and annual statutory audits Review and adopt policies, procedures, and workflows Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field Accounting qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CMA and equivalent is preferred Knowledge of accounting principles including USALI and IFRS Experience in hotel operations is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills
