Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) An exciting Commercial Director (Industrial) job has become available at one of the leading multinational manufacturing companies in Indonesia. About the Commercial Director (Industrial) Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive the commercial team to achieve the company's long-term strategy goal. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business objectives Provide strategic direction for the commercial team, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals Lead the team in identifying and capitalising on market trends and opportunities Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, motivation, and development of the team Collaborate with General Managers to drive excellence in their respective areas Conduct in-depth market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry developments Utilise market insights to drive decision-making and formulate effective strategies Develop and implement tailored strategies for each segment, ensuring maximum market penetration. Take ownership of the P&L and EBITDA for the commercial function Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies To succeed in this Commercial Director (Industrial) role, you must have strong knowledge in wide range of mechanical/electrical product. Key Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a commercial role Proven track record in executing strategic commercial initiatives Experience in a multinational industrial company is highly desirable In-depth industry background with a focus on general industry, mining, petrochemical, water, and energy sectors Strong product knowledge, particularly in mechanical/electrical components Proficiency in project management and execution Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and development capabilities Financial acumen, including P&L and EBITDA management
