Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) A leading testing and inspection firm is recruiting for a Head of Operations (Metal and Mineral) job to join their team in Jakarta. In this job, you will oversee the efficient running of the minerals and metals operations and ensure that all standards and policies of the company are upheld. About the Head of Operations (Metal and Mineral) Role: Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for all administrative operations responsibilities are dealt with efficiently and that customer service is of the utmost standard. Key Responsibilities: Plans and oversees strategic, operational, technical and administrative services of high significance to the organisation within the Minerals and Metals Operations Department Monitors and controls, with the department Managers, operations performance indicators Works with the department Managers and presents the department budget, drafts and submits Capital Expenditure forms (Capex) for the department needs Provides professional consultation and leadership to the department’s Managers as the principal point expertise on all matters relating to the department Provides commercial and marketing support when needed To succeed in this Head of Operations (Metal and Mineral) role, you must have comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level in business management. Minimum of 10 years' working experience and five years' relevant work experience in a management environment Skill in examining and re-engineering practices and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies Extensive experience in the minerals and metals industry Well versed in English Readiness to travel as required both domestically and internationally This prominent company offers you a wide range of opportunities.
