Job Description : Director of Tendering, Procurement & Contracts Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Leading Master Developer leading Master Developer in the UAE, to hire a Director of Procurement, Tendering & Contracts. The ideal candidate possesses experience working with a leading Developer or Consultancy, overseeing and leading major infrastructure and building contract awards, within the Middle East R/E Development Sector. Responsibilities This individual along with their respective direct and indirect reports, will hold ultimate responsibility for drafting, negotiating and administering all FIDIC Contracts with selected Consultants and Main Contractors, as well as leading the tender process, from planning & prequalification to successful award, and eventual post-contract administration (including change management & variations, claims management, and final account). Requirements •Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end procurement lifecycle management. •Knowledge of FIDIC contract terms, local laws and other forms of contracts. •Proven skills in managing large & complex negotiation, developing supplier relationships, as well as handling potential contractual disputes.
