Job Description : Head of Asset Management Hotels – Bahrain BD 3500-4000 + Bonuses An exciting position has become available as Head of Asset Management with this currently expanding hotel & facilities group based in Bahrain. We are ideally recruiting for Bahraini nationals but can consider expats as well. The role will provide support with respect to stakeholder’s interest in its operating hotel/ business unit portfolio & projects under development - Working toward maximizing revenue, profit & returns while meeting organizational growth objectives through knowledge of finance, contracts, operations, marketing, revenue management, insurance, taxation, & accounting. As well as assisting with the evaluation of potential acquisitions & development opportunities. The successful candidate will develop & maintain effective relationships with owner’s third-party management company and stakeholders.
