Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR KSA Al-Khobar Saudi Arab location. Project Director responsible for the execution of Major Capital Projects, including Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design and PMC services. Skills & Experience Proven experience in the management of engineering and procurement projects Must have strong knowledge of major capital projects and project portfolios Refining experience in greenfield and brownfield projects Proven experience in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects More than 20 years of relevant experience required Able to lead others in a challenging and multicultural environment. Able to make decisions and drive decision processes Well-developed management and administrative skills Works within a team to establish direction, alignment and commitment Interpersonal skills Risk and Change Management Program and Project Planning
