You will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and have a proven track record of implementing HR best practices in a manufacturing environment. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: 1 Strategic HR Leadership; 2. HR Metrics and Reporting. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; · Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. · Proven experience as an HR leader in a manufacturing environment. · In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. · Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations. · Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. · Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
