Refinery Manager

Job Description : REFINERY MANAGER KURDISTAN An international company operating in Middle East with continued growth ???? globally and diversified businesses in the middle east Region is looking for Refinery General Manager to work for oil Refinery Project to be based in Kurdistan region. The role will require someone who has an Experienced in Oil and Gas Downstream operations ideally with minimum 15 years+ refinery experience in various management levels. The Refinery General Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the refinery and for ensuring that throughput targets are achieved as well as being responsible for the health and welfare of all employees, contractors and the surrounding community. They must also ensure that statutory regulations are complied with. In addition, the responsibility for ensuring that the management group have clearly defined, aligned goals and objectives and that these are clearly communicated to all staff members and implemented falls under their remit. They control both the annual expense and investment budgets for the refinery as well as the overall profitability and short/long term planning. Ideal candidate: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Crude Oil Refinery project assignment Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across departments and workgroups Strong management skills Strong communication skills
