Job Description : PLANTATION DIRECTOR INDONESIA to lead and manage their plantation operations in Central Kalimantan Plan, coordinate, execute all operational strategy in plantation, i.e. Land Clearing, Nursery, Planting, Harvest and Maintenance, for an efficient, effective and profitable process Planting schedule and strategy, rotation, intercrop, etc Responsible for the development of the plantations: extensions and replanting Documents activities and outcomes, i.e diseases, input, fertilizer, working capacity, etc, to learn from past; introduces incremental improvements to raise the effectiveness of work Construction strategy: Building & plan of roads, bridges, etc Budget and cost control Management, training, guidance of the plantation. Trains leaders and local people. A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is required. An MBA is considered an advantage. Demonstrated experience of at least 20 years in a leadership role within the palm oil plantation industry. Comprehensive knowledge of palm oil plantation processes, sustainable practices, and industry regulations. Strong understanding of environmental and social responsibility related to palm oil plantations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive sustainable practices and cost-effective operations. Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead change and adapt to evolving industry trends. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
