Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER SENEGAL FOR FLEXO LABELS The Production Manager is responsible for supervising the overall process of production and product development, managing the production plan, quality standards, and safety protocols. This is a dynamic role that requires a self-starter with an in-depth understanding of production management, ideally with experience in the labels narrow web space. It’s essential for the candidate to have the ability to build and manage a collaborative and high-performing team. Superlative skills in production management and labels production A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels High level of enthusiasm, determination and resilience Exceptional problem-solving and organization skills Flexibility to adjust swiftly in changing circumstances Fluency in English and preferably French as well. Experience with ERP Software.
