Job Description : HEAD OF MICRO FINANCE INDONESIA ( EXPATS ONLY) An exciting Head of Corporate Finance (Microfinance) job has just become available at one of the most prominent microfinance companies based in Jakarta. Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute in driving profitable and sustainable growth within the organisation, aligning with the group's strategic objectives. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the formulation and execution of effective investment plans, while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder management and satisfaction. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve financial objectives and growth targets Conducting research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to create value Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial partners, investors, and regulatory bodies Managing the financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Identifying and executing strategic initiatives to optimise capital structure, financing, and M&A opportunities Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations in financial management and investments Driving innovation in business processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings At least 10 years of experience in a corporate finance and strategy role within a financial services or related industry MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies that drove business growth and profitability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams, with the ability to inspire and influence others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and reporting standards in the financial services industry
