Country Head

Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD SINGAPORE a well-established lifestyle group with amazing prospect for growth in the Asia region. As a result of recent investments and continued interest to expand their portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Country Head for Singapore to lead their range of concepts and offerings of lifestyle services and consumer products in Singapore. Job Description Based in Singapore and leading a sizeable team here, you will have full P&L, operational and strategic responsibility of the multi-site business in the country. You will be expected to drive the business through strategic decision-making coupled with operational excellence as well as being able to build an excellent team to deliver superb guest experience. You will provide strong leadership and direction in establishing a culture which is customer focused and operationally excellent. In addition, you have a strong awareness of the industry's competitive environment and have the commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth or viable revenue models to the portfolio. You will develop strong and effective working relationships with suppliers and landlords, as well as putting the right policies and procedures in place. As a strong team player and strategic leader, you will also work closely with the board of directors to develop and implement a viable and ambitious business plan. The Successful Applicant The candidate should possess at least 10-15 years of relevant working experience, ideally gained in a high quality multi-site consumer services industry. With a proven track record in sales, operational and leadership capability, you are also one who posses an entrepreneurial spirit and is a driver of change. You should have an energetic personality, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of staffs. You are also self-motivated, 'hands-on' and possess a strong desire to grow and assist the company to grow in the right direction.
