Job Description : GM FACILITY MANAGEMENT DUBAI 15+ years experience with proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role within the facility management or real estate industry: Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the facility management team, aligning efforts with the overall objectives of the real estate company. Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility management division, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction with facility management services. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for facility management projects and contracts. Implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the facility management sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the facility management market. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for facility management contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client expectations. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high-quality standards for facility management services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
