Job Description : FMCG FACTORY MANAGER DUBAI 15-20 years experience This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Factory Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing division, including production planning, quality control, and production management. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for managing manufacturing operations and operations management. Expertise in Production Planning and Quality Control Production Management and Operations Management experience in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and best practices Ability to create and implement production schedules, resource plans, and budget targets Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Experience in managing a team of diverse professionals in a multinational environment is a plus
