Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER SINGAPORE FOR FMCG an established European-based FMCG firm with a Global footprint. They are one of the leading players in the industry and the group is focusing on Asia Region as one of their growth areas. There is now an exciting opportunity to join their Singapore office as their Finance Manager to drive business excellence and provide people leadership. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all finance matters across the SEA countries. You will play a hands-on role in overseeing the preparation of reports, supporting the growth plans of the organization and be accountable for the business performance in the region. You will be a key business partner to the management and a member of the leadership team supporting the growth plans of the organization and be accountable for the business performance in the region, including cost management and analysis of business improvement opportunities. You will also build strong relationships with various stakeholders and enhance internal controls and be involved in roll out of new systems and processes to enhance finance capabilities. The Successful Applicant You'll have a Degree in Accountancy or is CPA/ CA qualified with 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a multinational environment. Prior experience working in a Big 4 environment is advantageous. You should possess a strong track record in leadership and driving communication with senior stakeholders. You are a highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and in an unstructured environment. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
