Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD CAMBODIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) One of the world-leading FMCG companies is calling applications for Head of Finance (Cambodia). You will report directly to the Country Manager. Your main responsibilities are to be the Business Partner to the business in Cambodia, control commercial processes and activities in terms of budgeting & spending, as well as perform financial analysis for all projects and reporting. Play a highly important role of Business Partner to the Cambodia Team Oversee and control Commercial and Operations budgets in all strategic and operational processes Deliver periodical financial analysis and management reports by key commercial dimensions to make suggestions for improvement Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency of commercial spend and drive business performance Support cross-functional teams in various business matters to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvements of processes and procedures Support different business stakeholders as requested To succeed in this position, you should have at least 7 years of working experience in Business Partnering and Financial Analysis in leading MNCs, ideally FMCG firms. You should be proactive, innovative, and creative. Bachelor’s Degree of Finance & Accounting From 12 years of working experience in relevant positions Strong exposures in Business Partnering and Financial Analysis with good business acumen Outstanding communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese Integrity, professionalism, and creativity Willingness to relocate to Cambodia for 2 years
