Job Description : Factory Head for one of the leading FMCG company. Salary: Rs. 40 LPA max + accommodation. Experience: 14 to 20 years in Plant operations FMCG Job Details: Can handle issues that arise everyday due to some discrepancies in following the set procedures of working or due to some unknown unforeseen cause. Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Plan, Organize and Direct: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement and Stores department operations. Ensure that the Operations Fitness Certificate is renewed within stipulated time as a prerequisite for renewing the trade license. Initiate Plans and Processes which minimize manufacturing cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
