Job Description : ASSOCIATE STARTEGY DIRECTOR DUBAI UAE A prominent financial services institution is looking to hire a Associate Director, Strategy in their growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible to develop and execute strategy plans aligned with the firm's objectives and values. Create and gain approval for a strategic plan using relevant data and benchmarking Direct the annual strategic and business planning process, ensuring high-quality inputs Develop a framework to measure and evaluate long-term strategy success Monitor and evaluate progress on business plans and projects Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress and report regularly on strategic objectives Oversee markets oversight and regulation of financial services entities Manage international relations with regulators, and government institutions Develop and maintain the Risk Framework Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field. MBA is advantageous Minimum 10 years of corporate strategy or management consulting experience, with financial services regulatory exposure Excellent stakeholder management skills Good problem-solver and is able to identify new opportunities or risks
