Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO KSA a leading oil & gas service provider. They are seeking to hire a Chief Operating Officer to join their team. This role is based in Dammam, KSA. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of operational excellence, leadership, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: o Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan. o Translate the strategic plan into actionable goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 2. Operational Leadership: o Provide leadership and direction to all operational functions, including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and customer service. o Optimise operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. 3. Financial Management: o Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve overall financial health. 4. Team Development: o Build and lead a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. o Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, fostering their professional development. 5. Risk Management: o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation. o Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk management. 6. Stakeholder Relations: o Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. o Represent the company in a professional manner, promoting a positive and collaborative image. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar executive leadership role. · Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. · Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices. · Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
