Country Finance Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The world’s leading manufacturing and production company based in Cikarang are currently recruiting for a Country Finance Manager (Cikarang) job. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in finance and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company, along with budgeting and controlling. As the Country Finance Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance and reporting to the SEA Financial Controller. Be responsible for the overall finance job including accounting, tax and treasury, etc. to ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of the company’s results Work with business team to implement business strategy and to ensure sufficient financial support to management and relevant function Enhancing finance functions and company infrastructural, ensuring the financial operation is properly integrated into company's structure and system Constantly review existing process and system to maximise productivity and efficiency. And actions are to be taken to improve business operation processes wherever needed Establish sound relationship with local authority like customs, SAFE, external auditors and tax authority Set the business plan with finance analysis and prepare finance budget. Supervise and monitor the execution based on the plan Be responsible for the Internal Control System to discover operation and process weaknesses and rectify Ensure the accounting operations are in compliance to local statutory, accounting principle and internal processes requirements Build a highly motivated and efficient finance and accounting team, provide leadership skill shine as coach, mentor and recruit for a highly talented team Provide strong financial management and controls for Sales and other functional costs Improve forecast accuracy by closely communicating with the Sales team Provide quality analysis and recommendations to the business and partner to drive the business to achieve its financial objectives Prepare the rolling forecast and annual business plan Support management to improve performance and drive profitable growth through resource optimisation analytics and initiatives Other jobs assigned by the Supervisor To succeed in this Country Finance Manager (Cikarang) role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance and tax. University graduate, preferably in Accounting and Finance Five years or more of related working experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by influence Good communication and interpersonal skills Solid English writing and speaking Excellent knowledge of IFRS Good PC skill, especially Excel and Word Accounting software operation, such as SAP system is appreciated
