Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER KAZAKSTAN Candidate will be responsible for organizing sales & marketing activates based in Kazakhstan countries and will lead two sales team handling medical promotion of General, Ortho, Derma or Cardiac or open for any segment . He will be responsible for brand marketing of Prescription products, Sales Planning and implementation of the plans for effective Sales. Effectively conducting promo campaigns and Doctors meet, CMEs etc. in co-ordination with PMT of HO. He will be Coordinating and follow up with PMT/ Admin team for related functions. You will be responsible for Liasoning with Distributor for related matters like availability of stock in different locations, samples allocation, payment collection etc. You will be also supporting systems like, DRA, Finance, logistics, translator and Training. B. Pharma / B. Sc and MBA in Marketing, 15 - 20 yrs experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing out of which last 8 - 10 years in working in CIS countries Kazakhstan. You should have good experience in handling both sale and Marketing (PMT) and team management to achieve sale budget and Brand / Product launches in Kazakhstan. You Should have experience in promoting range of scientific products and proven track record in achieving sales targets in Kazakhstan. You should be good in managing sales team and PMT, launching new products, Implementing strategy product and sales, training etc in Kazakhstan. You should be currently working in Kazakhstan or any other CIS countries handling medical scientific promotion of Pharma formulations. You should have knowledge of Russian & local language and your age should be around / less than 45 years. You should have good experience in supporting systems like, DRA, Finance, logistics, translator and Training.
