Job Description : Hotel Manager – Washington DC Open to suitably qualified candidates worldwide Location:Washington, DC Salary:$150,000 - $175,000 I am assisting a client in their search for a Hotel Manager for a 5* Resort Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. Coordinate departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B). Enforce policies for high-quality standards and teamwork. Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally. Develop guest loyalty programs and monitor budgets. Must Haves: Forbes 5* experience Hotel size 300+ rooms (more than one) Previous Hotel Manager experience Independent Hotel experience (more than one) Rooms background with all, HKPG, Guest Services, FOH experience. Willing and ready to work flexible schedule, with an emphasis mainly PM and Weekends Proven track record with clear data showing improvements in Forbes, Loyalty Programs and Online Reputation More than one language written and spoken International experience can be additional and welcomed but it is paramount US knowledge as well Union savvy
