Job Description : GROUP GM ZIMBABWE The Group General Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the tourism/hospitality business. This includes overseeing all departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. The Group General Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the business. Salary and Benefits: Negotiable Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, guest services, and human resources. Develop and implement strategic plans for the business. Manage the budget and ensure that the business is profitable. Represent the business to the public and to other businesses. Recruit, train, and develop employees. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Key Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the tourism/hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a management role. Proven track record of success in managing and operating a tourism/hospitality business.
